April 2024 School Attendance Mediation (SAM) Training Registration Form
Training Dates:
- Thursday, April 4, 11, 18, 6:00 - 8:30 PM - on zoom
- Saturday, April 20, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - in person, in North Manchester, IN - exact location to be determined
Registration Fee: $450
Registration Deadline: April 1
Registration Fee Includes:
- 15 hours of SAM Mediation Training and SAM Program Administration Training
- The SAM Mediator Manual -- both a hard copy and the digital version
- All the forms and materials necessary for establishing a SAM Program in your own county.
- An Official ECR Certificate -- Establishing your SAM Mediator Certification Status
- ** To qualify for the certificate, participants must attend all three Zoom training sessions and participate in the full role play day.
