Education for Conflict Resolution, Inc. (ECR), a not-for-profit agency with its headquarters in North Manchester, Indiana, is one of the Midwest’s longest operating conflict resolution and training centers. Since 1988 we have provided interpersonal and organizational consultation and mediation, as well as conflict education trainings and workshops for schools, agencies, businesses, corporations, churches, and community groups within the state of Indiana and beyond.
