Education for Conflict Resolution, Inc. (ECR) is one of the Midwest's leading conflict resolution and training centers, providing interpersonal and organizational consultation and mediation, as well as conflict education/workshops for schools, agencies, businesses, churches and community groups.

ECR is a not-for-profit agency with its headquarters in North Manchester, Indiana. ECR serves the state of Indiana and beyond with on-site workshop and training services. Since 1988, ECR staff and consultants have led hundreds of workshops throughout the area. ECR also provides mediation services for Wabash, Huntington, and Kosciusko counties as well as other counties upon request.
