Mediation - a process by which two or more persons in a conflict are assisted by ECR neutral third-party mediators. The mediators do not impose solutions but rather guide the persons to find their own acceptable and workable resolution. Through the mediation process, the people in conflict develop a better relationship and gain skills that help them deal more effectively with future disagreements.
